It was also nice to have teabags, coffee, and milk available upon arrival. The host was helpful with the lockbox code and instructions. The lounge area was spacious and the TV was large. I would recommend this property for a family stay.
The stairs were quite steep and not ideal if you need frequent bathroom trips, as the bathroom was on the ground floor. The bed downstairs was not comfortable.
